Australian Bacon is a very rare product indeed. We only use Australian local pork, our Bacon products have been made the same way for over 40 years. Our Bacon products are naturally smoked in our smoke houses, we do not use chemical smoke. 

All our Bacon is rindless, we also do not over salt our products and does not contain or hold a lot of water. Our product will take your palette on a time down memory lane back to when Bacon use to be so tasty and delicious!
