Cacciatore is one of our unique products as it has a story to tell. “Cacciatore” derives from the Italian word for ‘Hunter’ the size of this product has been traditionally prepared to the appropriate size for a hunter to take on his day of hunting as a snack. This product not only tells a tale, but is jam packed with flavoursome spices as well as sustainably sourced Australian Pork. 

Cacciatore is considered this day in age as a delicacy and makes a wonderful & delicious asset to your next chacute-rie board. 

We have re-created this historic pastime from the hunters of Italy and brought it to the region of Canberra for you all to enjoy.
