Australian Ham is a very rare product indeed. We only use Australian local pork, our Ham products have been made the same way for over 40 years. Our Ham products are naturally smoked in our smoke houses, we do not use chemical smoke. 

All our Ham products are rindless, we also do not over salt our products and does not contain or hold a lot of water.
