Our Italian sausages are on of our signature products. They hold not only a lot of flavour but a lot of tradition and pride as our recipe dates back centuries from a family recipe in 

Italy. 

The difference between Italian sausages depends on the re-gion of Italy. Our family resides from the north of Italy in the Lombardy region, so typically sausages from that region are seasoned with Garlic, Salt & Pepper. 

We have Crafted our very own version of the Italian sausage with Garlic, Salt, Pepper, and white wine including the main ingredient of Sustainably sourced Australian Pork. We thrive on the flavour this sausage brings as well as the versatility it brings to the kitchen with all the wonderful meals you can create with our Italian Sausages.
